How Do I Purchase An Andrakk Product?
There are two ways you can go about purchasing an Andrakk Product.
The first method is by contacting us using our contact information provided on our website or any product you have previously purchased.
The second method is purchasing directly from any distributor or retail stores and online vendors.
Things To Know When Purchasing An Andrakk Product
1.Rechargeable Fans: Regardless of who you purchase from, ensure the fan is properly assembled and tested in your presence or whoever is to pick it up. Ensure that all items listed on the manual and the carton of the fan are present and not damaged in any way. If you are buying from an online distributor, ensure that the battery present in the fan is an ANDRAKK™ battery and if this is not the case please do not purchase such a fan and you can report to us at +234 803 324 4073.
Additionally, our fans and batteries are serialized so do well to ensure that the serial numbers match. e.g. The serial number 85182405164 means the model is an ADK8518 fan manufactured in 2024 May number(no) 164 this implies that the battery ought to have the same serial no and if this is not the case please do not purchase the fan and kindly bring this to our attention.
2. Halogen Ovens & Table Top Gas Cookers: Before finalizing your purchase please ensure you go through the contents of the products to make sure that all the items are provided and are in good condition if not do not purchase, raise a complaint and ask for a replacement. Do well to also inspect the replacement.
3. Solar Flood Light: Ensure the Solar Panel is present, in good shape and not damaged, same as the flood light. Also ensure the solar panel properly charges the flood light.
4. Accessories, Batteries & Solar Panels: Ensure they are in good condition and work as they are supposed to. Ensure the solar panel charges your device properly, ensure the humidifier produces mist when properly connected to the fan and ensure the battery when fully charged (at least 10 - 12 hours) lasts as indicated on the product.
I Bought A Product Directly From The Company, How Do I Get It?
Unfortunately, we do not do deliveries but if you contact us to purchase a product and will not be available to pick it up, you can send a dispatch rider, Uber or Bolt courier to deliver it to you in your absence.
I Bought A Product From A Distributor/Retail Store/ An Online Vendor, How Do I Get It?
If you have purchased any of our products through any of these means the following steps apply.
1. Distributors/Retail Stores: Most distributors and retail stores sell goods in person/showrooms/stores so you will have to visit their shop to purchase an ANDRAKK™ product.
2. Online Vendors: Online Vendors provide you with the flexibility of having the product delivered to you or purchasing in person. Your location may affect delivery and payment options so please always make sure to confirm with the vendor beforehand. Additionally, if you choose to have the product delivered to your doorstep, ensure that the vendor does a live recording or preferably a video call with you so that you can confirm all the product details, items, serial numbers and their current state to avoid getting cheated.
What Does Our One Year Warranty Cover?
We provide a one-year warranty on all our products, however, there are certain details you must be aware of as our esteemed customer.
Our one-year warranty only covers factory defects i.e. defects observed at the time of purchase such as a flat battery, damaged/broken parts and components.
Our warranty does not fully cover defects suffered during usage such as electrical surge damage, spoiled battery due to undercharging or overcharging, damaged parts etc. If your Andrakk product is still under warranty the product will be serviced free of charge but you, the customer, will be financially responsible for replacing the damaged parts/battery/components.
Note: As previously stated, our fans and batteries are serialized so when purchasing from our distributors or online vendors, try to ensure you're getting a recently manufactured model as batteries when not utilized over time will die and you will have to purchase a new battery. More on this will be explained in the next question.
I Bought A New Fan From A Distributor/Online Vendor But The Battery Is Dead. What Do I Do?
Batteries are volatile by nature, which means that their performance depends on a lot of factors, inactivity being one of them. We have had many of these cases and when this happens we understand this can be very frustrating, so here are a few things you can do to prevent or solve this issue.
1. Before purchasing ensure to check the serial number of the fan and compare it with the serial no of the battery, if they are not the same please raise an issue with the said distributor/online vendor.
2. To maximize battery performance, also ensure the battery is a recently manufactured one. The example below will indicate how you can tell.
3. Ensure that the battery present in the fan is an ANDRAKK™ battery.
E.G. In No.1 above, an ADK8518 fan with a serial no 85182501160 means that the fan was manufactured in 2025 January and the manufacturing no is 160. The battery of this fan should also have the same serial number.
In No.2 above, let's assume we have an 8518 fan with a serial no 85182306110 and another 8518 fan with a serial no 85182501160. The chances are high that the 85182306110 fan's battery would have died as it was manufactured in 2023 June, hasn't been sold since and cannot be covered by warranty. So the 85182501160 fan would be the better and obvious choice as it is more recent(2025 January) and if it so happens that the battery is dead you are covered by warranty.
How do I read the serial number? The first four numbers indicate the fan model, the next two numbers indicate the year, the next two numbers the month and the last three numbers the manufacturing number.
I Didn't Purchase Directly From Andrakk, Do I Still Qualify For After Sales Service?
It does not matter who you purchase from. Once you purchase or own an ANDRAKK™ product you are eligible to make use of our after-sales service also regardless of whether the product is covered by warranty or not. However, please note that this service is not free, but each service is priced at a fixed rate to ensure affordability and continued patronage from you, our customers.
